Before you proceed to complete the Lease Contract you will need:

1. To be prepared to select and rank your unit type preference(s). Based on availability, your unit type selection(s) will be what the Managing Director confirms and assigns for you.
2. A valid credit card. Your Online Lease Contract will not be processed or accepted without acceptance of your Security Deposit payment made via credit card payment. This credit card service will process your payment for an additional $17.95 non-refundable transaction fee.
3. A Guarantor. If you are under the age of 23, you MUST provide a guarantor. The person acting as your Guarantor will be required to submit their electronic signature and social security number as verification.
4. Please be aware that in order to process and confirm your Lease Contract, all fields must be completed fully and accurately. Incomplete fields will prohibit you from proceeding to the next required step in the process. Any fields or information found to be inaccurate or false will result in your Lease Contract being discarded.
